Former Army captain and helicopter pilot with two tours of duty in Vietnam. Founded Wright Real Estate and develped it into the largest residential real estate firm in the Fort Hood area. The residential company was sold in 1996 in order to concentrate on Commercial Real Estate, Investments, Development and Property Management. Since then, I have assisted in the development, building, leasing and selling of a mulittude of Central Texas projects including a bowling center, professional office buildings, retail centers, warehouses and fast food operations. I currently own and manage several retail centers and free standing office buidlings. I have assisted clients with 1031 exchanges and have the knowledge and expertise to assist with most types of commercial transactions. I worked as a tenant rep for a Aaron's Rentals Franchisee for a couple of years and assisted with the leasing and/or purchase of over a dozen Aaron's retail stores throughout the state of Texas, Colorado, and Kansas.
